Geared for executive-level management, this seminar explains the secrets and benefits of doing market research. This seminar can be presented on its own, or as a preamble to presenting and explaining an actual marketing plan, if this has been commissioned.

Many companies operate with little or no awareness of the broader influences on their marketplace, often having no formal marketing plan at all. These companies feel that in good times, planning seems unnecessary, while in bad times planning is seen as an extravagance. At some point, usually when having to approach lending institutions, all companies reach a point where they are forced to get serious about their marketing plan.
